located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Our offices in Portland,
Oregon, are situated in the middle of what has come to be called the

After many years working for other
people in the federal contracting business, James A. Rivera came to
the conclusion that there were better approaches to providing
support staffing to the Federal government. In 1994, he decided to
test his theory by founding Aptech, Incorporated. Since then
Aptech has built a portfolio of satisfied customers. Aptech is a different kind of company. Our approach is predominantly people focused.
